SOFTWARE ASSURANCE: This upgrade license with 1 year software assurance covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
PREMIER SUPPORT: 8 hours. Covers up to 8 hour of remote/phone support with one of our engineers by appointment; sessions available weekdays during our normal business hours between 9 AM and 5 PM ET, excluding US holidays. When the time is used up or if extra time is used, you would buy another block of hours at pricing in effect at that time. Any overages from a previous block will be deducted from this block of hours.
