Your purchase or use of our app(s) and services implies that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement (EULA). We reserve the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions and EULA without prior notice. When you visit or shop within this website, you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Orders and Payment Method

We accept bank issued debit and credit cards as a payment method: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover. When you complete your order with a credit card payment on our online store, or by phone, the charge will appear on your cardholder billing statement as DidItBetter.com Odessa, FL (813) 977-5739. For orders over $2000, a company PO may be accepted with Net 10 day terms – contact us beforehand.

If the purchaser/cardholder is different from the end user company and has authorized you or your organization to place an order on their behalf, provide the end user contact details when placing an order. Software licenses are licensed to the end user company using the app. As the manufacturer of the software app, DidItBetter Software requires end user contact details for our licensing records at the time of purchase.

Your data will be used to process and fulfill any orders you place on the online store, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes as described in our Privacy Policy, including but not limited to product delivery, order fulfillment and licensing, license activation, customer service, and technical support purposes. License Orders or Software Assurance Renewal Orders

If you purchased a new license, upgrade/crossgrade license, or software assurance renewal, the app is available as a download from our website Downloads area. For additional relationship license orders, check for updates and submit a registration request for the total number of relationships (the number of relationships previously licensed + additional number purchased).

LICENSE KEYS: For instructions on how to request your license key(s), go to Product Activation. Once the app is installed/updated, you need to submit a registration request within the DidItBetter Software management console. When your order is processed/completed and our Licensing Desk receives your registration request, license key(s) will be emailed to the end user. License keys are issued weekdays between 10 am and 4 pm ET within 1 to 2 business days (or less) from the time your completed registration request is received. Incomplete or incorrect registration requests will delay the processing of your request. Please note your Add2Exchange license is a perpetual license for the version initially purchased and is licensed to the license address specified in the registration request; Add2Outlook licenses which are subscription-based are also licensed to the license address named in the registration request; an active software subscription is required to continue using the software. For Hosted DidItBetter Software sync service accounts, our DidItBetter team will manage the hosted DidItBetter Software sync app licensing. For software assurance renewal, the software assurance subscription continues from the previous end date.

DidItBetter Software apps are licensed to end users. If you are a reseller purchasing on behalf of an end user, be sure to provide the end user’s complete contact details including end user company name, contact name of the individual authorizing the purchase at the end user company, end user’s phone and end user’s email address for our licensing records.

 

Support Orders

If you purchased a Proof of Concept (PoC) Trial Install Session, Premier Support, or a DidItBetter Software Annual Support Plan, open a ticket online, or contact our Customer Care team or your dedicated DidItBetter Software consultant to help schedule remote/phone support session for you. Sessions are held by appointment during normal business hours, weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm ET, excluding U.S. holidays.

 

Terms and Conditions

DidItBetter Software has an all sales final policy. There are no refunds and no returns once the software license(s), software assurance subscription/renewals, add ons, service agreement/plans, Premier Support, any support services, hosted services, custom programming, and/or anything else purchased. No cancellations. The reason for this policy is you have the opportunity to fully evaluate the app in advance to determine it to be suitable for your needs and to receive support on the solution by email, or by purchasing a Proof of Concept trial installation session for remote assistance. You also have the opportunity to contact us beforehand for a license recommendation to make sure you select and buy the correct license/service/renewal. If you purchased a smaller license than the one needed, contact us for your upgrade options. By placing your order and purchasing anything on our online store, by phone, by mail and/or being emailed license activation keys, you have chosen to accept our ‘No Return’ policy and it is not possible to return any software licenses, products, support, hosted services, custom programming services, or anything else purchased for a refund.
