Description
For Add2Exchange Enterprise 365 Calendars value bundle licensees coming up for software assurance renewal and who currently have valid software assurance in place.
This 1 year software assurance renewal covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term (1 year). Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine/vm, disaster recovery, email support escalated to higher level support, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 4 hour. Covers up to 4 hours of remote/phone support with one of our techs by appointment; sessions available weekdays during our normal business hours between 9 AM and 5 PM ET. When the time is used up, or if extra time is used, you would buy another block of hours at pricing in effect at that time. Any unpaid overages at the time of this renewal order will be deducted from this block of hours.
