RENEWAL: The 1-year Hosted DidItBetter Sync Contacts subscription renewal includes 2 relationships of Hosted Add2Exchange 365 Enterprise Contacts, ToolKit. The hosted app is installed on one of our dedicated virtual sync replication machines and configured / managed under Premier Support by one of our DidItBetter certified engineers.
Premier Support: 8 hours. Covers up to 8 hours of remote/phone support. When the time is used up and if additional support is needed, you would buy another block of hours available in increments of 4, 8, or 15 hours. Any maintenance, adds, moves, changes, migrations needed are covered under your Premier Support plan. Any unpaid overages at the time of the renewal order will be deducted from this block of hours.
