Description
For Add2Exchange Enterprise 365 Sync Suite licensees who have valid software assurance and would like to upgrade to newest build and reinstate their software assurance subscription.
This 3 year software assurance covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine/vm, email support requests escalated to higher level support for resolution, disaster recovery, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 8 hours. Covers up to 8 hours of remote/phone support; sessions held by appointment weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM ET, excluding U.S. holidays. When the time is used up and if additional help is needed or if extra time was used, you would buy another block of hours at that time. Any overages from a previous block of Premier Support will be deducted from his block of time if applicable. Any remaining time from a previous block will carry over.
