Valid for Add2Exchange 365 Contacts unlimited relationships/ToolKit licensees with valid software assurance.
This 1 year software assurance renewal covers updates and upgrades on the licensed product available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 12 hour block. Covers up to 12 hours of remote/phone support by appointment during our normal business hours. If time is used up or extra time is used, you would purchase another block of hours at that time within 3 business days, or will automatically be billed at overage hourly rate in effect at that time with payment due upon receipt using the payment link provided. If you currently have an overage, it will be deducted from this block of hours.
