Valid software assurance required and an active Premier Support plan required.
NOTE: Third party product-related issues, migrations, moves, disaster recovery, Add2Exchange troubleshooting, sync config change requests/additions, training, and any escalated or higher level support are not covered under this plan and require Premier Support.
