For Add2Exchange Enterprise Sync Suite value bundle licensees coming up for software assurance renewal and who currently have valid software assurance in place.
This 1 year software assurance renewal covers free updates and upgrades on the licensed product available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine/vm, disaster recovery, email support requests escalated to higher level support, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 10 hours. Covers up to 10 hours of remote/phone support with one of our techs by appointment; sessions available weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM ET, excluding US holidays. If time is used up or extra time is used you will need to purchase an additional block of Premier Support hours at pricing in effect at that time.
