You asked us to consider a custom support option for implementation on a Release to Manufacturing (RTM) version of a DidItBetter Software product. If the programming can be implemented into the current code base as an additional or optional feature and supported going forward, we offer Premier Programming Service Plans. This prepaid plan covers the number of hours you have been quoted select for programming services. A complete Requirements Document will be provided and agreed on prior to the start of the programming project.
Unless a Principle Investigation Service Plan was purchased, this time will include Principle Investigation, a Requirements Document, and any necessary Premier Remote/Phone Support Services to test and implement to satisfaction in the target installation. This service does not extend your Software Assurance.
