Applies to Add2Exchange 365 Calendars value bundle licensees with valid software assurance. If your software assurance expired, contact us for a quote and your options.
This 2 year software assurance renewal covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine/vm, disaster recovery, email support escalated to higher level support for resolution, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 8 hours. Covers up to 8 hours of remote/phone support with one of our techs by appointment; sessions available weekdays during our normal business hours between 9 AM and 5 PM ET. Once time is used and if additional support help is needed or extra time was used, you would buy another block of hours at that time to get the account current. If you currently have any unpaid overages from a previous block will be deducted from this block of time.
