For Add2Exchange Enterprise Sync Suite value bundle licensees coming up for software assurance renewal and who currently have valid software assurance in place.
This 1 year software assurance renewal covers free updates and upgrades on the licensed product available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine/vm, disaster recovery, email support requests escalated to higher level support, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 12 hours. This value bundle renewal includes 12 hour block of Premier Support which covers up to 12 hours of remote/phone support with one of our techs by appointment; sessions available weekdays during our normal business hours between 9 am and 5 pm ET. If extra time is used you will need to purchase an additional block of Premier Support hours at that time or within three business days, or as of January 1, 2021 any overages will automatically be billed at regular overage hourly rates in effect at that time with payment due on receipt of payment link. For any previous unpaid balance due, the extra time will be deducted from this block of hours – moving forward, overages will automatically be billed at the end of the session.
