1 year software assurance renewal for Add2Exchange 365 Sync Suite unlimited relationships value bundle with 1 discounted additional deployment license and one 8 hour block of Premier Support. This 1 year software assurance renewal covers free updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term (1 year). Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine, disaster recovery, email support requests escalated to higher level support for resolution, remote/phone support which require Premier Support or a Third Party Product Support plan.
Premier Support: 8 hours. Covers up to 8 hours of remote/phone support; sessions held by appointment during normal business hours, excluding holidays. When you run out of time or if extra time is used, you would buy another block of Premier Support hours. You have one week to buy a Premier Support plan to cover any extra support time provided, or you will automatically be billed at overage hourly rates in effect at that time with payment due on receipt of invoice. Any unpaid overage from a previous block of Premier Support will be applied to this block of time. Any remaining time from a previous block will carry over.
