Upgrade license with 3 year software assurance — Add2Exchange Enterprise 365 Contacts unlimited relationship license value bundle covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine/vm, disaster recovery, custom dev, escalated email support requests, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 12 hour block. Covers up to 12 hours of remote/phone support by appointment weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM ET excluding US holidays. When the time is used up or if extra time is used, you would buy another block of hours at pricing in effect at that time. When purchasing this upgrade license, should you have any overage (extra time used) on a previous block, it will be deducted from this block of hours.
