PREMIER SUPPORT: 4 hours. Covers up to 4 hours of Premier Support for remote/phone support with one of our engineers. Sessions are held by appointment weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm ET (last appointment at 4 pm), excluding holidays. After hour sessions available and billed at time and half for every hour. Each remote session has a half hour minimum with any time thereafter is billed in 15 minute increments.
