Valid for Add2Exchange Enterprise 365 Contacts unlimited relationship value bundle licensees with valid software assurance.
This 2 year software assurance renewal covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
Premier Support: 4 hour block. Covers up to 4 hours of remote/phone support by appointment weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM ET, excluding U.S. holidays. If the time is used up or extra time was used, you would buy another block of hours at that time. If any recent overage at the time of the renewal, it will be deducted from this block of hours.
Basic monthly maintenance for the duration of the S/A term. Our Add2Exchange Basic Monthly covers Add2Exchange build updates and upgrades on the same licensed replication machine not to exceed 1 hour. Valid software assurance required and an active Premier Support plan required. NOTE: Third party product-related issues, migrations, moves, disaster recovery, Add2Exchange troubleshooting, sync config change requests/additions, training, and any escalated or higher level support are not covered under this plan and require Premier Support.
DIB Monitoring. Our support team will install event monitoring software on the replication machine to monitor and alert us of any critical events regarding your Add2Exchange installation. These monitored events are considered “in band” when they are active. Out of band events are indicative of issues, and when combined with the DIB InstaConnect service (sold separately), we often are alerted of a problem and can remediate without any outside assistance.
