For Add2Exchange Enterprise 365 Calendars licensees coming up for software assurance renewal and who currently have valid software assurance in place.
Software Assurance Renewal: This 2 year software assurance renewal covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine, disaster recovery, remote/phone support which require Premier Support or Annual Support.
Premier Support: 4 hours. Covers up to 4 hours of remote/phone support services with a DidItBetter Software engineer for help with your Add2Exchange installation, upgrade/updates, sync configuration changes, relationship setting modifications, migrations, reinstalling/moving Add2Exchange to a new replication machine, basic Add2Exchange troubleshooting. Sessions are held by appointment during weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM ET excluding U.S. holidays; after hour appointments up to 10 PM ET may be arranged when scheduled in advance and are billed at after hour rates. When the time is used and if you need additional support time or if you used extra time on your previous block of hours, you would buy another block of hours available in increments of 4, 8, or 15 hours) at pricing in effect at that time. Any unpaid overage time will be deducted from this block of hours.
