For Add2Exchange 365 Sync Suite value bundle licensees whose software assurance expired.
This 1 year software assurance renewal covers the upgrade license and the software assurance reinstatement for updates and upgrades on the licensed product available for download from the web and basic email support for the duration of the software assurance term (1 year). Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine, remote/phone support which require Premier Support.
This value bundle renewal includes one 8 hour block of Premier Support which covers up to 8 hours of remote/phone support with one of our techs by appointment weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM ET, excluding U.S. holidays. Any recent unpaid overage time (if any) will be deducted from this block of hours.
