For Add2Exchange 365 Enterprise Contacts and Calendar value bundle licensees coming up for software assurance renewal.
This 1 year software assurance renewal covers updates and upgrades on the licensed app available for download from the web and basic Add2Exchange email support for the duration of the software assurance term. Basic email support does not cover third party product support, migrations, moves/reinstalling on new replication machine/vm, remote/phone support, email support requests escalated to higher level support, disaster recovery which require Premier Support.
This value bundle renewal includes one 4 hour block of Premier Support which covers up to 4 hours of remote/phone support with one of our techs by appointment; sessions available weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM ET, excluding US holidays. When the time is used up or if extra time is used, you would buy another block of hours at pricing in effect at that time. Any overage hours at the time of this order will be deducted from this block of hours.
