What is Software Maintenance?
Software Maintenance is highly recommended for all DidItBetter Software solutions. For the stated duration of your software maintenance, you are entitled to FREE version updates and FREE email support for your licensed DidItBetter Software solution. Please note: Software Maintenance does not cover special add-ons or modules or 3rd party product support.

LICENSEES WITH EXPIRED SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE -- IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE UPGRADING! You must have valid software maintenance before upgrading to a new version of your licensed solution. If your software maintenance expires, and you upgrade your DidItBetter Software license, you will not be able to replicate until you purchase a current version upgrade of your licensed solution. Because of changes from version to version, downgrading to a previous version after an upgrade is performed is not possible and will require paid technical assistance to rectify.
