STEP 1: Click here If you have NOT purchased a remote support session. We offer remote installation, remote upgrade, remote troubleshooting and certification services starting at $149.00 USD. If you require immediate assistance, you will need to purchase a Level II Priority Support session.
- Remote support sessions are available by appointment. Payment for your session must be processed prior to your scheduled session. You must also complete the pre-requisites in Step 2 PRIOR to your scheduled session or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
STEP 2: If you already purchased, please follow the steps below in order to prepare for your remote session:

- Make sure .Net Framework 2.0 is installed.
- Do all Microsoft updates on the replication server. (Including SP1 for Windows 2000 or 2003 or SBS)
- Download the updated Add2Exchange program from our Downloads Area. The full install (with SQL Express) is about 65Meg. The patches thereafter are under 10Meg.
- Call and schedule your appointment at 813.977.5739. When the scheduled time comes, please log on as the Add2Exchange Service Account and open your Internet browser to this page and then call your technician. Proceed to step 3.
