Conditional Prerequisite: Verify Exchange Collaboration Data Objects (CDO)

Verify that Collaborative Data Objects (CDO) is running on the server you are using for synchronization.

Normally FolderMatic is installed on the Exchange Server.  If you are installing FolderMatic on your Exchange Server, do all Microsoft updates and go to the next section.  CDO is already installed.

If you are installing FolderMatic on a utility server, simply install the same version of Exchange System Manager that your Exchange Server is using and then do all Microsoft Updates and reboot afterwards.
