Typically Add2Exchange is installed on the same Exchange server which hosts the user mailboxes. If Add2Exchange is not installed on the same server, it can have a dramatic effect on Add2Exchange performance. Not only that, once Add2Exchange is licensed, moving it to another server requires a significant amount of effort and incurs license transfer fees. For these reasons, make sure you install Add2Exchange where it will stay for the long term and do not install it anywhere other than the Exchange server unless there is a very strong reason to do so.
While it is not recommended, if Add2Exchange must be installed on another machine, make sure that machine meets the requirements listed in the System Requirements section.
Add2Exchange works fine with Blackberry Enterprise Server and can be installed on the same machine.
