Calendar, Contact and Task Synchronization
This is the basic functionality available in all Add2Exchange editions.
Relationship Cloning
Relationship Cloning is available as a licensed feature for the Standard edition of Add2Exchange. Relationship cloning is a means of using one set of relationship settings to create multiple individual relationships. Once made, relationships are separate and must be managed separately.
This feature is superseded by the Group Relationship feature in the Enterprise edition of Add2Exchange.
FolderMatic Folder Cloning
FolderMatic is available as a separate product for Add2Exchange Standard. Its functionality is included in the Group Relationship feature of Add2Exchange Enterprise.
Folder cloning creates a mirror image of the folder structure from a template account to multiple destination mailboxes. This is useful for creating a new folder structure for synchronization purposes when you want a separate, non-default folder to receive the contents of synchronization from a source folder, but you do not have the desired folder structure in the destinations already.
Group Relationships
Group relationships are one of the major new features of Add2Exchange Enterprise.
Group relationships allow you to manage large numbers of relationships on an on-going basis through relationship templates and distribution lists.
Global Address List Synchronization
Global Address List synchronization is another major new feature of Add2Exchange Enterprise.
Global Address List synchronization allows you to treat Outlook's Global Address List as the source of a relationship, to be synchronized with one or more destinations.
Grid View Interface
The Grid View interface is a feature of Add2Exchange Enterprise.
The management of group relationships is made easier by the innovative grid view of relationships and templates. The traditional tree view of relationships is still available from the Options dialog.
Modular Architecture for New Features
Add2Exchange Enterprise features a new modular feature and licensing engine that allows new features to be developed and added onto the existing functionality of Add2Exchange. Keep on the lookout for exciting new additions to Add2Exchange!
