Unsupported as of Version 4.1 This documentation details the upgrade process for Add2Exchange 3.5 and up. Contact DidItBetter Software Support if you have a version 3.4 or earlier of Add2Exchange you are attempting to upgrade to 4.1 or above. |

Skip this section if... you are upgrading from a 3.x version of Add2Exchange. There is an additional migration process that begins after the upgrade called the "upgrade" process. Continue with the installation as described in this section and the next, then move on to Upgrading from Add2Exchange 3. |
| 1. | Log in as the Add2Exchange Service Account. If you were previously logged in as Administrator to prepare for installing Add2Exchange, you may log off that session. |

| 2. | Open the Services Administrative Tool. |

| 3. | If the Add2Exchange Service is running, click Stop the Service. |
Add or Remove Programs
| 4. | Open the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel. |

| 5. | Select Add2Exchange and click Remove. |
Once you have uninstalled the prior version of Add2Exchange, continue with the section Installing Add2Exchange.
