Configuring the Service Account

Once you have selected a Service Account, follow these steps to prepare the user environment for Add2Exchange.

Documentation Convention

Exchange 2003 and 2007 require different service account configurations.  The beginning of each of the service account configuration sections is labeled with an indicator as to whether that section applies to Exchange 2003, 2007 or both:
