Once you purchase your renewal, please note the software maintenance renewal begins at the software maintenance expiration date. To take advantage of the latest enhancements, updates and upgrades for your licensed solution, make sure you keep your software maintenance for your licensed solution(s) active. Please note: software maintenance does not Level 2 or higher support, add-ons, modules or 3rd party product support. We offer 1, 2 & 3 year software maintenance renewal options for your licensed solution(s). Example 1: If your SM expires on November 1, 2008 for Add2Exchange for Calendars and you purchased a 1 year renewal on October 15, 2008, the software maintenance renewal is valid from November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2009. Example 2: If your SM expires on November 1, 2008 for Add2Exchange for Calendars and your Add2Exchange for Contacts expires on December 1, 2008 and you purchased a 1 year renewal on October 15, 2008 for each of your licenses, the software maintenance renewal is valid from November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2009 for Add2Exchange for Calendars and for Add2Exchange for Contacts SM renewal is valid from December 1, 2008 to November 30, 2009.
