Using “information relationships”, Add2Exchange can copy and sync information 1-way or 2-way back and forth between two selected folders. Add2Exchange copies the contents of one folder to another, then periodically determines whether changes to the source folder have occurred and synchronizes those changes based on the settings you selected during set up. Appointments, contacts and tasks can be sent to public folders from users, sent to users' personal folders from shared Company public folders, and synchronized private to private among users personal folders so teams can access the information easily in Outlook, on their mobiles devices and smartphones. Having this information automatically available makes your team more efficient, productive and valuable.
