How is Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition licensed?

Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition licenses are sold by number of folder relationships and by folder type (Calendars, Contacts, Tasks and/or Posts) in a single Exchange Organization Unit (EOU). We offer 2, 4, 6, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10K and unlimited relationship licenses for each folder type. Additional EOU and Additional Server Licenses are also available at a discount when purchased with a new license.

The Add2Exchange license comes with a 1 year software subscription and 1 year of free email support. When purchasing a new license, you may extend your software subscription to 2 or 3 years by adding it to the license price.

With your Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition license, you will also receive a license for the Relationship Group Manager. Anyone purchasing a license for Add2Exchange for Contacts will also receive a license for GAL Sync for Contacts.

Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition: Sync Solution vs Sync Bundle vs Sync Suite

You can purchase an Add2Exchange single folder type (Calendars or Contacts or Tasks or Posts), an Add2Exchange Sync Bundle (two folder types: Calendars and Contacts, or Contacts and Tasks, or Calendars and Tasks etc.), an Add2Exchange Sync Suite (all four folder types: Calendars and Contacts and Tasks and Posts).

Add2Exchange Sync Solution includes a license for a number of relationships with your choice of one folder type- Calendars (Add2Exchange for Calendars) OR Contacts (Add2Exchange for Contacts) OR Tasks (Add2Exchange for Tasks) OR Posts (Add2Exchange for Posts). For example, when you buy a 100 relationship license of Add2Exchange Sync Solution, you will get a 100 relationship license of only 1 folder type -- Calendars OR Contacts OR Tasks OR Posts. If you buy Add2Exchange for Contacts 50 relationships license, you will be able to create up to 50 relationships for Contacts only.
Add2Exchange Sync Bundle includes a license with the same number of relationships for two folder types. Choose 2 folder types: Add2Exchange for Calendars and Contacts or Add2Exchange for Contacts and Tasks or Add2Exchange for Calendars and Tasks. For example, when you buy a 20 relationship license for Add2Exchange for Calendars and Tasks, you will get a license for 20 relationships Add2Exchange for Calendars and a license for 20 relationships of Add2Exchange for Tasks.
Add2Exchange Sync Suite includes a license for each of the four folder types: Add2Exchange for Calendars, Contacts, Tasks and Posts. For example, when you buy a 250 relationship license you will receive a 250 relationship license of Add2Exchange for Calendars, a 250 relationship license of Add2Exchange for Contacts, a 250 relationship license of Add2Exchange for Tasks, and a 250 relationship license of Add2Exchange for Posts.

*Add2Exchange is licensed per single EOU on a single (1) server. Price per EOU and per server.
Each of the above Add2Exchange licenses include a 6 months software subscription for free updates and email support on the licensed solution for the duration of the software subscription.

Can I just add a folder type like Contacts later? With a valid software subscription, you may add another folder type to your existing license. For Add2Exchange Sync Solution or Sync Bundle licensees, you can add a folder type by purchasing an Add2Exchange Sync Solution license for the number of relationships needed for the new folder type.

May I add more relationships later to my license? If you need to add more relationships to your existing license, you may upgrade your existing license with a valid software assurance subscription in place -- contact your DidItBetter Software consultant for more information and pricing.
