Confidential Post Notifier

Not all of us can be on-site all of the time. Sometimes you have employees or contractors who need to know when to check their on-site corporate email account.

Confidential Post Notifier allows you to create a relationship which monitors an inbox of a user not normally monitoring their corporate email and generates a confidential "tickler" email sent to an outside email address. This will maintain the confidential nature and avoid legal discovery. This tells your employee or contractor "You’ve got mail!" or "You've got an appointment!" without sending your sensitive information outside the organization. See details...

Calendar Confidentiality Module

Filter out sensitive information on calendar appointments so only the appointment time is marked on the destination calendar. Uses the "Private" flag or a user-defined marker in the appointment subject. Using this option will replicate only part of the appointment to your chauffeur, for instance.
