Assuming the program was working at one time, have you or anyone else installed software, hardware or make any other changes to your system including permissions changes or disabling any user accounts? 23. On the machine with the issue, list any other Com Add Ins loaded in Outlook (Go into Outlook | Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options and check the Com Add Ins)
24. On the Add to Outlook solutions (CalendWare, ContactXchange, P2P Calendar Synchronizer. TaskController), check to see if the Com Add-in is disabled. Go to Outlook | Help | Disabled Items.
If so, enable it, go out of Outlook and wait 7 seconds and then go back into Outlook. If this fixed it, tell us here:
