Confidential-E Mail Alert & Notifier™ is the first server-based application which is completely controlled inside the network by network IT professionals. This useful Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition folder type creates a notification relationship between someone’s server side inbox and an email address. When a new item appears, Confidential-E Mail Alert & Notifier sends a configurable generic message to an outside email address or to multiple addresses or to an Active Directory distribution list. This external email notification can be set to notify every time a new mail item is received, or once a day, or containing a daily digest of activity. The notification message can include some or none of the original message. Once notified, the user can log into the secure connection provided to read the original message(s). Each source mailbox is a Post relationship and this folder type is only available in the Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition.
