Add2Exchange is a versatile server-side solution.  Using “information relationships”, Add2Exchange can copy and synchronize information 1-way for view only or 2-way back and forth between the two selected folders.  Items are automatically synchronized based on the settings you selected during the setup and the synchronization works transparently in the background -- please refer to the product guide for additional information.  Appointments, contacts, tasks, and posts can be sent to public folders from users, sent to users' personal folders from shared or public folders, and synchronized private to private among users' personal folders so teams can access the information easily in Outlook at the office and on their mobiles devices.  Having this information readily available improves team collaboration and productivity.

Most Common Uses of Add2Exchange Enterprise

• Automatically synchronize Exchange public folders to users’ Outlook personal folders (Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, Posts/Mail) for viewing on mobile devices (iPhones, Androids, iPads, Blackberry).
  • Synchronize appointments made in your public folder Calendar to each users' personal Calendar automatically so users can view scheduled appointments. For example, you have a dedicated individual in the office responsible for scheduling all appointments in the Company Calendar and you want your users to be able to view these appointments on their mobile devices.  You may also want your mobile users to be able to create new appointments on their mobile devices and have a copy of these appointments sync to the public and each of the other users.
  • All of your company contacts are created in a single or multiple public folder contacts and you would like each of your users to have your updated company contacts available on their mobile devices.
• Use the Contacts edition to set up one-way (unidirectional) synchronization from your Active Directory global address list to each user's personal folder contacts. Global Address List caching so your users' contact details are available to any smartphone and you can also exclude any service accounts; when your employees call or email you, their picture shows up in the call or message. 
• Group monitored folder or Inbox with bi-directional edits and deletes.
• Synchronize a user's personal folder with another user's personal folder for a private to private synchronization. Synchronization between two Outlook personal folders is ideal for the executive and the administrative assistant who views and coordinates the executive's schedule and contacts. 
• Synchronize personal Contact folders to a public folder.  Create an aggregated folder by synchronizing your users' personal contacts folders to your Exchange public folder contacts for shared company contacts. For anyone with personal contacts (family, friends, doctors), you can enable the Do Not Copy Private feature for items the user marks private.
• Synchronize your users' personal folder calendar to a public folder and vice versa.  Create a group calendar folder by synchronizing new appointments made in each of the users' personal calendar folder to an Exchange public folder calendar so managers and appointment setters can view everyone's appointments in one consolidated view. For anyone with personal appointments, you can enable the Do Not Copy Private feature for items the user marks as private.
• Synchronize multiple public folders of  Contacts or Calendars to each users' Outlook personal folders.
• Set up to monitor an inbox and send a confidential email to another email address alerting that "you've got corporate mail" instead of forwarding the email outside your company. 
• A resource calendar copied to users' mailboxes.
• A resource calendar copied to a public folder for distributed access.
• Synchronize BlackBerry users' default Outlook Calendar folder to and/or from the public folder. Or synchronize BlackBerry users' Outlook Contacts folders to and/or from public folders.
• Synchronize between 2 public folders.
• Shared Outlook calendars, contacts, tasks, posts so all users and the public folders contain the same information.

Automatically create relationships based on distribution lists with Built In Relationship Group Manager

With this robust sync solution, we have simplified how to administer relationships.  One of the more popular features of Add2Exchange Enterprise is the ability to setup Active Directory Distribution Groups and create relationship templates to the Active Directory group. Adding new relationships is done by simply adding users to the distribution group.  The next time Add2Exchange Enterprise syncs, it creates each relationship and can even create new folders for you, if necessary.  You can find additional information regarding this under Relationship Group Manager in our Add2Exchange Enterprise product documentation.

Unidirectional GAL Sync for Contacts

Another key feature of the Add2Exchange Enterprise is the automatic replication of the Global Address List.  There is no need to export and import the Active Directory list anymore as is necessary in the Add2Exchange Standard edition.  Add2Exchange Enterprise does it for you automatically.  Global Address List synchronization allows you to treat Outlook’s Global Address List as the source of a relationship, to be synchronized with one or more destinations. New Console Interface for better relationship sorting, filtering, and management or you can switch back to the Classic View as in the Add2Exchange Standard edition.  The management of group relationships is made easier by the innovative grid view of relationships and templates.  The traditional tree view of relationships is still available from the Options dialog.

Group Relationship Feature

Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition entirely eliminates the need for the relationship cloning module; Enterprise relationships created can be driven by an Account’s Active Directory memberships, therefore reducing support and ownership costs; simply “Set It and Forget It”. Integrated Folder Cloning Feature

Add2Exchange Enterprise Edition automatically allows you to make individual folders for any new relationships which are created eliminating the need for FolderMatic. Folder cloning creates a mirror image of the folder structure from a template account to multiple destination mailboxes. This is useful when creating a new folder structure for sync purposes when you want a separate, non-default folder to receive the contents of synchronization from a source folder, but you do not have the desired folder structure in the destinations already.

Advanced Date Range Control

The “Sliding Date Range” feature for recurring appointments in the Enterprise Edition saves replication time by reducing the number of items to process which is ideal when replicating items far in the past.

Flexible Licensing 

For smaller installations, you can license the solution based on number of relationships needed (2, 10, 20, 50) and for larger installations, you can license  unlimited relationships. You can license either one folder type or the sync suite (calendars, contacts, tasks, posts).

Mobile Devices Supported: iPhones, iPads, BlackBerry, Androids with Exchange ActiveSync or MobileSync, Windows Mobile smartphones, pocket PCs, PDAs which can connect to Outlook.  Whether you have the same mobile devices or have a mix of mobile devices from one or multiple manufacturers, the system will work as expected.  Add2Exchange Enterprise is a non-proprietary solution which works with any manufacturer's mobile devices as long as it can sync with Outlook.  For example, if in a few months or years down the road you decide to trade in your BlackBerry devices for iPhones or Android smartphones or decide to add iPads, you can still use Add2Exchange instead of investing in a new sync solution.  If the solution was proprietary, the sync solution would be designed only to work specifically for one brand/type of mobile device.
